I went into this branch trying buy a sample can of paint to show to my client. The guy at the front counter just kept saying he need to sell me a larger can instead of a sample can. I insisted to have a sample can, and suffering from his poker face. I wanna to switch to semi gloss instead of eggshell before he mix my can, and he just ignored me and just dropped off the eggshell can and invoice me. This type of rep is such a shame to such a higher end brand.

My fam & friends are all avid users of Benjamin Moore products for our home and even business use. The product is amazing hands down. But yesterday’s customer service at the Richmond store was less than amazing unfortunately. The woman there was cold and her information was hard to follow like she wasn’t sure and the other guy looked miserable. Like it hurt to smile or something. I’m sure they are good at the job but it definitely wasn’t a welcoming store there was zero enthusiasm. I’ve dealt with other stores in Vancouver and even this one many times before. The staff here & there was always super personable which made us trust the service. If you’re in customer service then at least act like you like servicing customers lol
