I had a large tree on my property who's roots were destroying my sewer line. In order to get a City of Vancouver tree removal permit Franz helped me with a great arborist report and also took care of the actual permit application process with the City of Vancouver. Finding an independent and reasonably priced arborist in Vancouver isn't easy and Franz is 100% the professional you need. He showed interest in solving my problem and stayed involved with the problem until the City of Vancouver issued my permit. Franz's fees are totally reasonable and I can't recommend him enough. Lastly Franz is just a nice happy person, dealing with him is enjoyable and he is definitely the only arborist I will ever need.
Excellent, qualified service provided by Franz and Jamie. I only wish we had taken Before and After pictures to post the beautiful work they did. We had two majorly overgrown trees which were eyesores to ourselves and our neighbors, as well as an old decayed stump that was unsafe for our children. I highly recommend Ash Grove for quality arborist work. Their expertise is evident and they took care to consult with us regarding exactly what we wanted, and left the site tidy and looking so much better than when they started. Punctual and easy to correspond with, as well.
Our yard looks so good and Franz was very knowledgeable about our trees and what pruning they needed. Initially he showed up real quickly to do an estimate and the work proceeded on schedule and smoothly. Franz was cool with me getting over involved in which branches to cut LOL. I will continue to work with them thru the seasons!

Franz & his crew did a fantastic job working on a variety of trees (large maples, laurels and dogwoods) at our Vancouver home. His work was professional, fast, and reasonably priced. He made sure everything including our neighbour's yard was well protected and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. Franz himself is very personable and easy to work with.
