It's pretty much like going back in time to the 90's to get any information from this company whatsoever. Zero transparency. Was lied to countless times, with absolutely no recourse to attain my item. No direct way to get a hold of anyone. Unable to give you any timeline , and have no confidence in anything that they are saying. I'm sure they still have a faxx machine and their delivery drivers have pagers. Avoid this company like the plague .

Received an email saying attempt made, I was home... Said they were coming the next day, nothing... Said they were coming Friday... Nothing. Now it's coming up 7 days and I have to go back to work. Not given an option to pick up my books either. Very unprofessional and poor service. Negative five stars for these guys.
Same as everyone else, they claim to attempt delivery and immediately send it for return. I called and they told me \the driver tried to drop it off somewhere you could pick it up but they refused it.\ So like what the actual? How are they even in business? I asked them if they could stop the return and send it to an alternate address or if i could get it from their warehouse. They very obviously pretended to take down my number and said theyd call me back. Its been 3 days. I ordered from Bath & Bodyworks. They didnt even attempt to help with the delivery or comment on the method of delivery. Immediately refunded. Jokes all around.
If I could leave zero stars I would. First delivery \attempt\ was on a day I was at home all day. No knock on the door, no attempted delivery notice, no phone call or email. I only knew a delivery had been attempted when I went to track the package two days later, called the company and they said they had already returned the package to sender. The sender told me the courier told them the package had been lost in transit. Sender re-sent it and the EXACT SAME THING has happened again. \Attempted\ delivery with no notice, call or email, and now its been returned to sender. Is this even a real company?
