My interaction with the employees was alright, but I didn't appreciate how the employee behind the counter was acting to wards the pickup driver that was ahead of me. After the pickup drive attempted to hand the clearance forms to the employee behind the desk multiple times, so that the airway bill number could be verified, the person behind the desk (making no attempt to take the papers) then asked: \What? ...Cant you read...?\ Pretty messed up if you ask me. Especially when it was my turn, I simply said here to pick up and handed the employee my papers. The employee seemed fine taking my papers with out hesitation. Air Canada Cargo mite want to took over there employee customer interaction guidelines. I would be fired from my job for saying anything like that to a customer.
