If you're looking for an experienced physiotherapist who offers one-on-one sessions, this is not the place to go. I came here after a serious car accident and all Cheryl did was hook me up to an electrical machine (which made my injuries worse btw), and leave me alone for the entire 20 minutes while she went and tended to other clients. They take on multiple clients per booking so that they can maximize their income. This happened every session for the entire 2 or 3 months I was here. I've never been to physio before so I didn't know better until I switched to another clinic. During one of my initial sessions, some girl (who was clearly NOT a physiotherapist nor kinesiologist) took over and made me do active rehab, which involves lifting weights and pulling on resistance bands when obviously I was still injured. This is extremely dangerous considering I was not supervised by a trained professional. If you're in search for a physiotherapist to help with your injuries, please go elsewhere. Majority of their clients are just people with fake injuries and ICBC claims. There are so many awesome clinics with updated equipment and renovation that doesn't look and smell like a hospital.

I was there sitting with my pain for half hour!!! They don't care. Rude reception, all answers to my questions are \I don't know\. And you have to go down to the ground floor to pay first then take the elevator get back to the 6th floor bring your file after payment, be the messenger for yourself and the office. It was cold, windy and rainy. I get my refund after waiting for half hour and walk away.

I felt comfortable with my PT, she was able to help me with my shoulder recovery, and find the appropriate exercises that I was able to do regularly, very professional and knowledgeable.
