Back in Oct.-2020, we purchased the windows vertical blinds for our office's windows, with installations. We also purchased for our patio door's bugs screen and one window bug's screen. Highly recommend this store. We build a new house and got several quotes from different supplier. After meeting all of them, we chose AAA blind. Before selling products they asked us many questiones including everyone's sleep habit. I am very lucky to choose the thick ones for bedrooms at their suggestion. They also understand the interior layout and function for each room to decide where the lift cord should be installed. Not only is the salesperson very professional, but also the installation engineer is efficient and punctual. Their customer oriented service impressed me.

If I could give them a zero I would. I asked for one inch blinds for my 3 windows. He sold me 2 inch, When I said I have one in there now, he said that 2 inches are better. I get them a week later, and the two inch ones don't fit, they stick out. They said too bad for you. You agreed to the upgrade , your decision we have your signature and refused to refund me the 147.99 i paid for them. My measurements were correct for the window size. The 2 inch hardware sticks out. Lady said we won't call you back when I asked for the manager and no refund because the were custom made. Go elsewhere and don't let anyone talk you into something without a guarantee that you can get your money refunded.

AAA Blinds did what what they said they would do, when they said they were going to do it, at the price they said it would cost. No hiccoughs, no mis-measuremnts, no added complication. My roller shades seem to offer excellent value for the money. Could not be more happy. Thanks guys!
