Everyone is so friendly here and I got a good price for tires on my wrangler. Showroom smelled great and sanitary, good covid protocol. 10/10 would buy from here again.

Recently purchased the Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail Tires from 1010Tires (Online) and installed it from 1010Tires Richmond Location today. Front Desk service was great. I believe his name was \Eric\, excellent customer service. Waited about 30 to 45 minutes; and it was all done. Before heading home, I drove around and honestly, I love it! Best investment and really good. Will come here again for sure.

walked in once and i could smell the sweaty armpits of the person at the front desk even with my mask on. had to leave immediately and find somewhere else to look for tires because i felt like i was on the verge of death. i had to throw away my favourite mask because the smell was still there after 3 washes.

Feels like a scam, bought winter set here with the employee mentioning it’s a secret price and not to mention it to others. During payment he lets me know that the secret pricing is actually a mail in rebate. I have contacted this employee multiple times to help me out with ordering rims and with all the requests being something along the lines of I’ll get back to you tomorrow. Still waiting for a reply... Today I called in to ask about tire changeovers if they do it for free since I bought it from them anyways and it’s a no. This employee really really does try to push you to buy the more expensive products here I bought pirelli ice zero fr tires thinking he was giving me a back end deal for being a Tesla member... what a joke
