0 rating Terrible Experience one star would be to much. Printed a job their for the first time and it will be my last time. Reggie the owner is not a fair person I paid 1000.00 tax for this job in advance. He counted the bad sheets with the so called good sheets and said we got 1000 sheets but once the skid arrived half the skid was bad we tried to make use of it but then when we were cutting it the sheet to sheet registration was out by 1/8\ to 1/4\. Reggie did not believe me so I asked him to come to my shop so I could prove it to him. All I wanted was half the job re-run with the same file. He refused. He is very bad for his own customer service. I then asked for a full refund if I gave him back all the 1100 sheets he said he gave me. He refused and then started making up excuses to why he would not come and take a look at his own printed sheets. All I could suggest is to stay away his presses need a lot of service work. I don't blame his pressman because he tried the best he could with what he had. I don't want to waste anymore time with this bad situation. Stay Away
