Nice small town store with lots of inventory. Could use some modern upgrades but that's being nitpicky. Staff are polite and courteous

I don't use awesome as loosely as most to describe anything. That said, Rice's is a totally awesome local resource. We placed an order in May (for an item that was out of stock) and got a phone call today (Sept 18) to let us know that it had arrived. Can CTC match that small town retailer attitude? Not happenin'! (I also like having a price tag on things.)
Love this location, you feel appreciated as a customer here as aposed to the other location in Meaford where you are genuinely made to feel like a nuisance unless your a contractor.
Best service of any store period.
If you want a hardware store that goes out of its way to help you. Then, this store is it!
