As you may have heard, businesses are starting to re-open. Things may look and be a little different when you arrive. As a surgical centre, we have always maintained the highest standards and protocols for disinfection and cleaning. With preparations underway for reopening, we wanted to inform you of a number of policies and procedures that have been adapted to keep us all safe. At the time of booking your appointment, we will ask you to answer a COVID 19 Questionnaire.  You will be asked this series of questions again when confirming your appointment and lastly when you arrive at our clinic. When we re-open we are only allowing the patient to visit the clinic, please refrain from bringing guests. We also ask all patients to use a bathroom before you arrive. We will be staggering appointments to limit cross-over contact with other patients and to allow us to properly sterilize between appointments. Because we are limiting the number of patients and clients in the office, we ask you to be mindful of your appointment time and be on time. When arriving at the clinic we would like you to: Please note the signage on the front door.  Reread the series of questions regarding your health.  If you answer yes to any of the questions we ask that you do not come in, but call us to discuss rebooking your appointment. If you answer no, please come in and approach the sanitization station and sanitize your hands thoroughly. We request that all patients wear a mask when coming to the clinic.  Non-medical cloth masks are acceptable. Take note of floor markings to help with social distancing.
