Impressed by the staff - delicious food. **************************************** We visited Ricarda's in Oakville during the Taste of Oakville Festival. We were met and taken care of by Natasha, she was attentive and professional in one word she was Fantastic. We were also lucky to have our food prepared by Juliani a Michelin star Chef who personally served us with Natasha and inquired how was the food & the Food was just Superb! We tried the Char Grilled Octopus with pine nuts salsa which was so tender. The Short Rib with the Truffle mash Swiss chard was so juicy and tenderize. The Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Squash, spinach, brown butter and Parmesan was a treat. The Molten Lava chocolate Souffle was sweet and the sticky toffee was heavenly delicious. I liked very much that they have a children room - area for kids to spend time in while the parents are enjoying their food. Most importantly certainly was the staff, they were amazing especially Natasha 5 to her. With the bill, Natasha gave us a postcard and asked us to mail it back to Ricarda's what an interesting idea. I loved the place and defiantly will be retiring back.

I really enjoy the downtown Ricarda’s, so when I saw they open another one in Oakville, I couldn’t wait to try it. They have sharing menu including one appetizer, one pasta, one main course and one dessert, which is perfect for couples and families. They are located in Oakville downtown, close to the Go train station. So convenient for people who wanna plan a dinner after work!

I was there for lunch with my husband, and first time try, nice place and the seafood is really good.
We reached out to Ricarda’s to host our Engagement party with family. Without us asking, they immediately offered us the private room and let us know that there would also be a corner in the room for the kids that were coming. This was not expected but so convenient and considerate and worked so well with the five kids in the family that came. We participated in Ricarda’s Sunday brunch with a live Jazz band. It was great, such a cozy environment, great modern decor, the staff was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. They even let us come in Saturday evening before the event to set up the room exactly how we wanted it. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our Engagement party. Thank you to all the staff, great decor, and food. We’ll be back for sure to host future events!
After a trip to the Oakville Salt Cave, we stopped next door at Ricarda’s for Sunday brunch. We had the brunch buffet, which includes one main item off the breakfast a la carte menu. It was a good price considering the fresh seafood, including oysters, were all-you-can-eat. There was many delicious salads, veggies, cheeses, and meats to choose from, along with fantastic scones and danishes. We sat on the patio and listened to the talented jazz duo while we ate. It’s definitely one of new favorite places for weekend brunch.
Was recommended to come here. Was very much a chain restaurant. Expensive pricing for items that seemed more tasty in description then in real life. The patio and service was great though.
