I recently purchased a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from RGO and had a pretty terrible experience from start to finish. As other have noted, in order to look at chairs in their showroom you have to sign in and then you are assigned a sales person to show you products. There's nothing wrong with that, but the sales lady didn't know much about the product and had to keep leaving to find out basic information about the chair. I did end up purchasing the chair (since I already knew what I wanted) but when I received it and opened the box the chair was covered in dirt and scratches. It was shipped inside a large box with no actual protective covering on the chair. I returned this chair for a replacement, and the second one that was delivered had the same problem. I sent that one back, and now I just received the third replacement chair which has the exact same problems. The delivery guy suggested that depending on what factory the chair comes from determines whether or not it's shipped with protective coverings?!? I'm exhausted from dealing with RGO over the last 4 months on this so I decided to just accept the loss and took delivery of the chair the 3rd, still damaged and dirty chair. Throughout this process RGO failed to effectively communicate with me what was happening. The sales lady would state that she'd follow up in 2 days with more information about replacement and delivery, and then I'd hear nothing so I'd have to follow up with her and even CC other departments in order to get a response. In summary of my experience: - RGO did not know much about the product they sold me - RGO had poor communication with me after receiving payment - RGO was unable to deliver a chair that was not damaged after 3 attempts - RGO has not attempted to make this right in any way whatsoever I highly suggest avoid doing business with RGO at all costs.

I emailed RGO to inquire about a clearance sale they had going on. I was messaged back quickly and they answered all my questions. I went into the store to buy my chair and I am on a cane I was treated very well. Kristofer was very professional even demonstrating the function of the chair for me and answering all my questions he even helped me out to my car.

Quite knowledgeable about the products. But it feels like your walking into a military complex, you have to sign in and wait until a salesman shows you around. Not particularly conducive to buying products. I believe their pricing is fairly good. The return policy is very poor however.
What an awesome experience dropping by RGO! Sarah showed me many different styles and experiences focused around creating a healthy, upbeat and productive work environment. The product that stood out to me was a strip you can line glass meeting rooms with that blanks out the TV screens to people walking by. As a veteran in the commercial moving industry I have seen the disdain some employees have for their work environment. Go with RGO and people will be excited to come to the workplace and treat it with respect. Thanks for the great tour Sarah!
