Went in to use the ATM but since it wasn't busy thought I'd talk to a teller to see if they could help with minor problem. I had incurred a fee that month because my balance fell below the minimum required. I spoke to Nick, a friendly knowledgeable young man. I explained the problem and pointed out that I had not expected a tax PAP and that I tried to transfer funds in to keep the fee from being triggered. Nick knew exactly what happened and cheerfully reversed the charges, I expected a lot of static and company policy but instead that small act of good will made my day. I am a very long time customer and will continue to be one Thanks Nick.

Great service always assisting me with all my specialized banking needs. The borderless account is awesome if you use both USD and CAD. In addition they help me with my foreign check cashing. The tellers are all very nice and helpful.
Very RUDE and NOT helpful I've just called the bank. Person who answers the phone isn't listening to me. I am confirming what I need to do but she explain what I cannot do.
Don't waste your time this branch is a joke . My account is set up with no holds it says so on there system and yet the manager wants to hold my deposit that is drawn on a TD account
10-15 minute wait to be told they cant cash a cheque from another major business TD customer. They did however patronize me and say they would walk me over to the bank machine and show me how to deposit a cheque. I have had similar occurances where atms were used and put a hold on my funds. That was not what I was looking for. TERRIBLE SERVICE thanks.
