Revolution hot tubs? It’s been a couple months since I bought my hot tub. I didn’t write a review right away. I have tested my tub and I really enjoy it. Bow answered all my questions and any problems I was having with the tub he help out chemicals and managing the tub . Customer service is excellent five star. If you’re looking to buy a hot tub I recommend bow and his son which I can’t remember his son name sorry.

Absolutely must share my great experience with Revolution Hot Tub. Boe really knows how to take care of his clients. From the moment we started talking with Boe we realized he deeply cares about his clients and believes in his product. During the shipping process the hot tub was delayed and Boe let me know right away and kept updating me on the shipping status even though the delay was completely out of his hands. I spoke with Boe numerous times with different questions before and after purchasing the tub and he was very informative and helpful. It makes a huge difference purchasing from a dealer that offers amazing support. I recommended Wellis for anyone needing high quality hot tub. We love ours!!

I absolutely MUST share my experience with Revolution Hot Tubs. Myself being a new hot tub owner(bought used). I found myself on moving day getting completely screwed over by my moving arrangement.(Ready Freddy Moving Ltd - Lets just say Freddy wasn't ready). I had drained my hot tub and needed to move it (-10C) and had them no show-terrific. I frantically was looking for a flat bed trailer or a different moving service. I started cold calling around to every outfit I could, I stumbled across Revolution Hot Tubs. Boe answered the phone and immediately out of his good nature started calling around for me. I knew like many of the other outfits in town(which I called) he could have just said "sorry can't help you".....but he didn't...He hung up with me and began reaching out to everyone he thought could help. I was blown away with his kindness and empathy and although his efforts did not come through with a solution (understandably so, with the extreme short notice) I would never forget the level of compassion he exhibited. I managed to find a gentlemen to help me move my tub later in the day and as soon as I was ready for chemicals I knew where I was going for all my products. When I showed up at Revolution Hot Tubs being the "new tub guy" Boe took the time to go through the process with me on water management, he even was careful to make sure not to overwhelm me with advice or product I didn't need at this stage in the game. I even brought my daughter into the shop and he was kind enough to make sure she left with some candy :). I've been back numerous times both for filters/advice and other products and every time I go I feel like "I am just stopping by my friends place." Don't hesitate to stop in! You will be in very good hands!
Bought a Wellis hot tub from Revolution Hot Tubs in 2019. I would highly recommend Wellis as we have no problems with ours and Boe really knows how to take care of his clients.
Great customer service with affordable pricing! This was the only location in Calgary that could get hot tubs in a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend!
I bought a hot tub here from Boe right before Christmas this year and he and his team did everything possible to make sure it arrived at my place in time so my family could enjoy it for Christmas! It heated up to the desired temperature but then lost heat quicker than normal. Boe again came through, bent over backwards, and was relentless in finding a solution to the problem! The tub works great now and we couldn’t be happier with it but am even happier with the service he provides! He sure takes care of his customers! Thanks Boe!
