Like most of the other reviews I had a similar experience. We booked a 260 a night accommodation because we really wanted a nice place to have a good sleep and spend the night. We did not receive our check-in info (Code). We called and left a message. No Response. Called the emergency number, no response. Texted the emergency number, and finally got the check in information. Once we got in everything seemed fine. We turned on the stand alone AC unit and left for dinner. When we got back it was still 24.5C in the unit. We called, texted, emailed. No response. On their website it even says that they have 24/7 customer service. We couldn't get to sleep and it was a horrible night. Emailed them to ask for a refund and they offered us 50 and told us to open a window....worst customer service we have ever received for a 260 place. Will definitely not be using them again and I suggest the rest of the customers book a hotel where you can get a different room, for less.

Planned a ski trip as a bachelor trip to at stay one of the properties. Covid19 hit and some of us couldn't and of course didn't even want to get into the country. Cancelled and denied refund. Just disappointing...

I have been very pleased with using Revelstoke Property Services. I rarely need to do anything for my properties- and the qualify of tenants and my montly revenue has increased signifcantly since I started using them
