Wow! I was blown away by the incredible service and knowledge in this shop. You know when you first walk in that the priority is always on skiers and skiing. Everyone in Pulse was exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my skiing needs. They got me out of boots (that I had purchased in the lower mainland) that were preventing me from getting to the next level in my skiing and into boots that actually fit correctly to my foot. They spent a tremendous amount of time with me, reviewing my foot shape, trying different boots, and educating me on things I had never been told before on ski boots and skiing. This is so much more than your average boot purchase!! I purchased new K2s with custom liners. Super excited to see where this season takes me! Thank you so so much to each and every person in this shop. Loyal to Pulse!
Have been thinking about custom footbeds for a few years and finally got some after 2 knee surgeries. So worth it! Matt was super friendly and helpful, hooked me up with custom footbeds for both my resort and touring boots. My boots feel more responsive and my knees feel more stable now that my arches are supported. He also suggested throwing some extra plastic on the front of my touring boot to make the flex more progressive and feel more like my resort boot and it did the trick!
I bought a pair of ski boots back in October and they are the most comfortable pair of boots ever. The fitting was fantastic, the guys were knowledgeable and even better....the boots are soooo comfy. No need for adjustments- they got it right the first time around.
Pulse Boot Lab is absolutely the best! I had purchased 6 pairs of boots in 7 years at some of the best fitters in Tahoe, Snowbird and Jackson among others. Never skied a full day due to the foot pain and felt like I lacked control of my skis. Skiing Revelstoke and taking the gondola down because my feet were hurting a woman said I should visit Pulse Boot Lab. I called from the gondola and made an appointment. Pulse is amazing, I now can ski all day and my feet don’t hurt and I have complete control of my skis. My ski days are longer till last chair and my skiing much improved due to being in complete control. Simply the best! Can’t wait till I can get back to Revelstoke to thank them once again for giving my ski life back. Love you Pulse Boot Lab!!!
