Terry was our guide for the waterfall tour and to say the least, he was AMAZING! Such a friendly, funny guy. Very down to earth and positive. The drop location was a bit tricky to find but we managed. Amazing views and a good way to get a little sweat on. The Kayaks themselves were clean and in great condition (he also sanitized them for us which was great). He also took pictures of us and posted them to their website for us to have for FREE which is such a good bonus. As my boyfriend and I were very inexperienced Kayaker's, he taught us exactly what we needed to know and more importantly, how to have fun doing it. Definitely will be going back!! Thanks Terry!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Terry on the water! We did the guided tour with our group of 7 people and he was great. It unexpectedly rained for about an hour during our full lesson before we went on the water, and Terry still powered through the lesson even though we were all drenched! After the rain passed he offered us his famous home made granola bars which were very delicious, and even offered to send us the recipe! We then all dried off and made our way into the lake. We were on the water for about 1.5 hrs and had such a good time. We asked him to modify the tour to be closer to shore just in case the rain came back and he gladly obliged. He showed us beaver lodges and floating islands! Terry took photos of us the whole time and uploaded them on his site for us to download later! Would highly recommend taking this tour with him, he was great and we had such a fun and memorable time.
My wife and I went to Revelstoke for the first time and kayaking is one of our itineraries. We searched the internet and checked the companies that provides kayaking rentals and ended up booking with Terry (Natural Escapes Kayaking) as they have a lot of awesome reviews. All I can say, all the reviews posted on google are very true! We had an amazing experience! It was one of the top highlights of our vacation up there! Terry is very knowledgeable in what he does. Terry gave us all the information that he could tell us in regards with kayaking before we went on the water. Terry brought us granola snacks that his wife made us and would also send us the recipe as per request. Terry was taking pictures the whole tour and had wonderful shots for the group. You can also download the pictures for free from his site which I find a remarkable service for his customers. I would definitely recommend NEK to family and friends and whoever will be reading this review, go with NEK! You would definitely have an awesome experience. We would also like to thank you Terry for an amazing tour (especially with the pictures) and thank you to your wife for the snacks. It was so delicious! I will be sending you an email shortly lol
This was an amazing experience! Two leisurely hours in kayak against the amazing backdrop of Mt Begbie and a photo shoot in front of a waterfall. Terry made sure everyone was comfortable and gave some great tips for kayaking novices and those who’ve been out on the water before. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!
Terry is an absolute unit. Most of the time you expect to get a young guy that's fun but mostly checked out, but Terry is the exact opposite. He literally built the kayaks with his own hands, and his wife made the snacks for the trip. When I saw photos were included I assumed it was one taken from the shore by someone random but instead Terry is snapping bangers the whole time that are free to download later. 10/10 would kayak to a waterfall again.
