The front desk has a very knowledgeable person who shares history and local happenings. Wonderful museum of local artifacts, real life items- fur jacket in Bison for an explorer, wee opium bottles, gold panning, skiing and more! 5 entry for adults. The gift shop has really cool local artists as their focus. Some first nations art and books. Would enjoy going again!
I love museums!! The history of our country needs to be celebrated and past down to future generations. Learn about the history of skiing, the railroad & much more. Admission is 4 & is well worth it
Wonderful museum with well-preserved and presented exhibits and friendly staff. An unexpected gem!
Some sad stories of avalanche victims. In 1910 a disaster claimed the life of a Scotsman at only 48 years of age, he was also the oldest of the 54 fatalities. The staff are very nice. They explained more detailed information on the history of Revelstoke.
