Burst pipe flooded the crawl space under my wartime home. Mr. Rooter suggested I call Restoration 1 to pump out the water so the plumbing could be fixed. Within 30 minutes a team of 3 people were at my home and did a fantastic job. Plumber was able to come back within a few hours and my home could have the water turned back on. Very friendly and thank God they were so affordable since the crooks at Aviva insurance weasled out of my claim.

Amazing experience with Michael From Restoration 1 Durham. He came same day and answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into anything. Once I confirmed with him that I will be going with him he brought in his crew and worked extremely fast cleaning up my sewage back up flooded basement. They worked very well and were able to rip everything up and cleaned it all up. It was a very large flood, after the clean up it was as if there was no sewage water down in the basement. Thank you Michael for you support during a tough time.
