I had a really relaxing experience! It was my first time in a float pod and I loved it! I fell asleep in the pod and woke up totally refreshed! I also got a massage and it was really, really good. The lady did an amazing job. She was attentive and very skilled! Overall, the staff were really great! I am definitely going back! I would recommend it to anyone who is stressed out, injured, or is stiff and sore from working out etc.

Visited Rest Nest for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful time. This wasn't my first float, but it was one of my best - the place was clean, the service was friendly, and helpful. And most importantly - it was so quiet. I was very impressed. Some of the other float clubs in the city are impacted by subway noise or streetcar vibrations - and despite being right across from a busy fire station - Rest Nest pods were super duper quiet and I got to feel completely and wonderfully relaxed. I'll be back!!! They also offer yoga and RMT massage services!
I usually don’t write reviews but this place is amazing! Really skilled massage therapists, friendly staff, and reasonable price given that it locates at Yorkville. There’s also space for yoga, and the manager is a part time yoga teacher. Would recommend this place to everyone!
An overall excellent float experience, though the prices are a bit steeper, and with less variety available, than what I'm used to (I'm from BC). The staff are very welcoming, and the place has an upscale vibe. The float rooms and pods were very clean. I loved the online payment and booking system. Won't hesitate to return next time I'm in the area!
The gentleman that works there was very rude to me and wouldn't let me ask questions about my float. Staff were overall quite loud and there was no way to relax prior to or during my experience there. The water in the pod was so cold I ended up getting out early just to have a hot shower and warm up. The massage was good however and when I brought my concerns to the front desk they did not charge me for the float after all. There are better float spas.
Super friendly staff and excellent facilities! In a time where your attention is a precious commodity, floating is an excellent way to hone your mind. It is extremely relaxing and relieving of stress. When I leave the rest nest I feel calm, at peace and content with nothing more than my own company. Floating is the perfect way to retain your sanity in a hectic world.
Great staff, wonderful experience and very relaxing and restful. The showers are beautiful, the tanks and facilities are very clean. I booked online for three and our one friend couldn't make it. They gave us a refund for a free float and I ended up using it the next day with the friend that has missed! Both times were really great! Thanks for the amazing time and I'm looking forward to the next one.
Loved the experience! Now floating with Rest Nest monthly at times twice a month. I find it helps to relieve stress, boosts my creativity, and funny enough boosts my performance at the gym. I find this club is much cleaner than others. Hygiene is at the highest level here. Another thing, they are totally sound proof. Hate when the outside interference like subway interrupts my rest in the pod, but at Rest Nest never heard any sound from outside. Total ultimate relaxation. Highly recommend!
