Nice place for mobile home or RV but I hear the rent is high unless you own your pad/lot. And high means about 700 a month depending on the season. It's very nice though, they have everything at the clubhouse/office including the pool
The land is nice. The place is poorly managed. They tell you one price then charge more when it comes time to pay. I would not recommend this place for monthly rental ever! Very highly priced and is nowhere near “resort status”.
Have owned there for 16 years. While it has had its issues in the past, today the place is friendly, and accommodating.
Not sure how this rates as a camp ground. It's a bunch of year round rv's and park models jammed in as tight as they possibly can. Oh yeah, you have to buy the lots, so unless you can drop 100 grand minimum to go camping for the weekend I would probably look somewhere else.
