l have tried three times over the last five months to get someone to call me back to tell me anything. l left a message and talked to two different people. l was crying all three times because l am in great psychological need and NO ONE got back to me at all. Your name was given to me on very high recommendation by two separate health practitioners whom l asked help from. l am really upset and disappointed with the complete lack of service l have received. Thank you very much for nothing at all.

Wonderful place, just needs to be three times as big. You can wait many months on the wait list, have a few months of counselling, and then have to go back on another wait list to get back in, which can be depressing.

I would not come here for counseling at all. The receptionist is nice and all but there are some counselors who are just plain rude. I'm gonna go to a different counseling place. I was not treated with respect here by the counselor who I was seeing.
