Experiencing fertility issues is hard enough. Repromed made it 10000x harder. I would highly caution anyone against going to this clinic. Communication was awful from staff never answering phones to being rude and/or condescending in person. The doctor was pleasant enough but it was clear he did not take a remote interest in his patients. Case and point he continuously called me by my HUSBAND'S name instead of my own. There are no other qualified professionals who can seem to do procedures or even give clear responses to questions which is not only disappointing but also contributes to excessively long wait times. My husband and I actually made the decision to miss a full cycle waiting to get into another clinic than waste our money here again. There was no humanistic touch to the way this clinic works. It was clear that is was very financially motivated and that the experience and overall wellbeing of the patients was not on the list of priorities.

Would be zero stars Really awful experience here. From back when the clinic closed last March after my initial consult. No call or email saying that services were continuing, nothing from anyone .I finally contacted them myself and after A month of diagnostic tests , we were rushed off the phone and made to feel like we were bothering the doctor. No explanation of results or what we can do . Just \call back in 6 months\. Really really really awful . Um ...tell us what we can do --not just wait! then in six months, same ? We are paying for a service, this was so wrong , I can't even believe the way we were spoken to . No compassion, nothing . Do not go here!!!

I got pregnant with IVF at Repromed and gave birth to my first son recently. Dr. Del Valle and his team are professional and friendly. I was referred to the clinic by my friend who also got pregnant at the clinic when I was deeply depressed due to infertility after visiting two other fertility clinics which didn't help me with pregnancy and almost gave up on having a kid. I'm so glad that I visited Repromed and can't thank enough to Dr. Del Valle and his team. I'd highly recommend this clinic !

I attempted to contact this clinic several times by phone with no response. I then wrote an email inquiring about the product cost and was told there was no price difference. To later learn there was a 200 difference. The clinic attendant Mia said I never asked so she only provided me with the information I provided. I feel complete robbed from this clinic and lack of transparency. There website is outdated and is not transparent as well. We are in a pandemic and prices do matter. The clinic contacted me and said they would await my response but still went ahead and process my credit card. I sent several emails but no response. This clinic is insensitive to clients and don't recommend their services.

I would definitely recommend ReproMed to anyone struggling with infertility. Dr. Del Valle is one of the best in his field. Thanks to him we are pregnant with our first child.
