First online experience was great. Good price, fast shipping, quick delivery. Second experience was disappointing. Purchased two items, but then one was out of stock. Was given the option of refund or hold shipment to wait for new stock. Preferred the wait option so as to not incur another shipping charge. Asked for clarification and then the wait option was suddenly taken away by vendor and was informed that the refund was done. Expressed disappointment in the inconsistent messaging but no attempt was made by vendor to resolve the issue.

Fast shipping and stock is better then most hobby shops. However I was sent a defective motor, when I contacted them to have a replacement sent out they told me I had to ship the defective one back at my cost. Unfortunately shipping it costs more then the motor and I am stuck with a defective motor. Was told by staff that they are too small of a company to incur the shipping expense to make it right. Very disappointed with customer service. Majority of my purchases are now online and this is the first time I have been told a company is too small to handle the shipping to make it right. The motor costs only 15 dollars and this review is here purely out of principle.
Very good selection of hobby items at competitive prices compelled me to try them out. *They were very speedy with my shipment. *Also very responsive in dealing with my questions after the sale!
