So here is the deal with Rentex. I worked here for 3 months, and was reminded the day before probation was up because of infighting and inept management. If you are looking for good customer service, the back end staff busts their tail to help you out. But the management charges based on enting\ the mats, not the service of cleaning them. So you are on the hook to pay even if the driver doesn't show up, and if there is a dispute and you still have the mats, you will be billed for them. Great if you keep up on the bills, but if you want our of the contract, they will continue to bill you and not take the mats out for as long as possible. I know this because that is what I was asked to do.

Horrible, horrible customer service. The owner (who is also the manager) will not respond to customer service inquiries and when you do get a hold of him he will talk over and ignore you. Years of service with this company and that means nothing. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. They came into my workplace and got an employee to sign a paper saying it was necessary for the exchange of carpets. It was actually a new contract. They're also charging us monthly while closed during COVID-19. We're a non for profit osc and can't afford it. I want out with this business- been a nightmare.
