Ron is a great Property Manager. He takes care of his clients properties like his own. It's always nice to see realtors working in Vancouver for more than just a quick paycheck. I've seen him deal with multiple properties and he handles things very professionally .Whether he's dealing with a tenant or a homeowner he goes out of the way to make sure his clients are well taken care of. I highly recommend Ron!!!!! Great guy!!
Ron has been helping me managing my unit for three years with 2 solid tenancies and just re-rented it for 3rd time in a slower market for a higher price. Ron is very reliable when it comes to problem solving. He really takes care of my tenants and my unit; until now, my unit looks clean and in a very good condition.
