Rent N Party was absolutely fabulous to work with to make our wedding as great as it was. We got married in Skead on the outskirts of Sudbury at the end of May, 2019 at a private residence with a large yard and hired Rent N Party for all the rentals (Large Tent, Chairs, Tables, Dance Floor, Glassware, Tableware, Lights, Weights for Tent Anchors, Linens etc). Everything was great and exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. Even though we live 5 hours away in Cambridge, ON, Phil dealt with us through the entire process for approximately 5 months, taking our phone calls and emails to make sure everything worked (ie. layout of the tent, dance floor, seating arrangements for 90 people, etc), which gave us much peace of mind during this time. He was very professional, honest, and trustful to work with and we felt very lucky to have found this company to rent our wedding equipment from. The prices were very reasonable for all the items we rented and the bill/invoice was very clear in explaining each item that you rent. The large tent and all that came with it that we rented were gorgeous and made our day that much better. The delivery, set-up and take-down were all done very professionally and on-time by their staff. We could not have had nearly the quality of wedding that we had without Phil and the great people at Rent N Party! Thank you!

I have not rented anything from here, mostly because your website is lacking pictures and information. How do you not have pictures of some items like a chair...?
I rented a sander and edger to redo our hardwood floors. They were patient in explaining how to do it and gave great advice. Service in and out was fast.
They were very helpful and amazing customer service. I have no problem giving them 6 star and recommending them to everyone I know. Monique Brunelle
My experience was fine until,there was a problem. The padded chairs I rented had chrome legs. When they were delivered to my house they were stacked and the driver began taking them apart.. several were stuck so hard he had difficulty.. as a result he scratched my hardwood floors.. and he even stated he had scratched the floor. At the time the chairs were all over the floor so I didn't notice how bad it was. When they picked the chairs up the next day it was obvious that there were several large scratches on the floor... when I called the store I was not treated very well.. the owner suggested I should have put felt on the bottom of the chairs.. although he also assured me that all of his chairs have plastic gliders on them (not) Why should I have to put felt on rented chairs??? Especially if they have gliders... the owner was not helpful and could only make excuses which sounded to me that it was my fault.... this is not the way to do business.
