I don’t usually write reviews unless I’m blown away or feel the need to warn others. I can say my experience here was phenomenal. This was our first time backpacking and we had a great time thanks to being extremely well equipped and prepared through excellent and kind service! Timo took his time to ensure we had everything we would possibly need for the location and duration of our trip. All of the gear was great, in good condition, and very affordable. We actually had several more experienced backpackers compliment our stuff at the campsite. We would not hesitate to recommend this service and will be back in the future for sure.

Had an excellent experience. All equipment was in good condition and we had everything we needed for our trip (even salt and pepper!). Price is good value for everything you get. Staff were very friendly and happy to give advice. They also hire bear spray of you need it.
The equipment is great and very comprehensive. They gave me things i didn't know i needed, and offered a bunch more at pickup time for no extra charge. Also got offered a discount for a future order because our camping trip didn't go as planned, not because of Rent a Tent.
The owner is amazing and super helpful! Gave us some helpful tips for our first time camping:)
Timo converted our rented Minivan into a basic camper for our recent holiday in BC. Cant give enough praise, it had everything that we needed, excellent quality and he was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend if you want a simple, affordable camper.
