Anyone who still loves the outdoors this is a great place, no concrete and asphalt camping pads here, you still camp on and in nature. Huge field to let your pets run, kids can play at park, mini putt/20'x40' jump pad/splash pad/basketball/volleyball/horseshoe, and play at the beach. When night time comes you are entertained by the frogs ( nature's orchestra). Park is always wonderfully maintained kudos to groundskeepers.
I have tried my best to give this place a higher rating, unfortunatly i just cant get better than 2 stars. The main building is dark, poorly lit and screams renovate me. No escort to your campsite. No KOA staff making rounds to ensure all is safe or just plain checking the grounds more than once a day. We were there 6 nights, bad call on my part. Trailer park more than campground, place is 80% seasonals. Sites are way too small and narrow, feel like you could reach out and touch your neighbour anytime. Dont get me wrong, this place has a nice part, this location has an open field to walk you dog. The site received the Presidents award at some point but should be inspected again because i do not think it would make the grade. Award issued just because you paid the membership dues i think. Glad we got out before labor day, must have been nuts there.
Beautiful park! Lots of space and areas where kids can play. Mature trees and well manicured gardens are so pretty. The lake is a bonus! I recommend this park
The best campground I have attended. Will definitely be back again! The cabin experience was amazing and the driving range and mini putt were lots of fun! Pet friendly and very friendly staff. 100% accommodating! Thank you KOA! They were very accommodating with no complaints. Love it here!
The log cabin was small but generally comfortable, the staff were kind, and the bathroom was clean. I think it is decorated here and there in a cute way.
A very nice little campground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Asked about local attractions and hiking trails and the front desk jotted down somethings we should check out. The swimming was hole good and the onsite mini golf was fun. Would recommend this campground if you are in the area.
My daughter and I took my grandaughter and a friend's child out there for a day, and I must say I was very very impressed with the immaculate kept grounds and the super clean bathroom s. We had an excellent day with the kids renting a paddle boat and swimming and we enjoyed a wonderful picnic at one of their tables. I highly recommend this campground, The cleanliness sold me on it.
