Had an incredible facial from Casey. She was very professional and tailored the facial according to what she thought would work best for me. It was very relaxing and my skin looked absolutely amazing afterwards. What really made the experience over the top was the wonderful was instead of rushing you out the door after the service, I was treated to a wonderful latte and cookie while sitting in the lounge. This was a great touch to getting treatment at Remedy. I would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I had the acne hydrafacial from Renee and it was the best facial I've ever had. She was super friendly and professional. She really took the time to help educate me on how to take better care of my skin and gave me amazing recommendations for products and supplements. I absolutely loved the final touch of the latte and snack waiting for me after my facial. I can't wait to come back and can't recommend this place enough!! Thank you so much Renee!

Amazing therapeutic massage from Beth! After a 16km hike the day before, and getting whiplash from snow tubing in the morning, the massage at Remedy was exactly what I needed. I felt amazing after. Very clean and professional service throughout my entire time there. Reception was welcoming and friendly. Very calming atmosphere. Complimentary post-massage tea and snack overlooking the mountains was a perfect way to end my Banff trip. 10/10 recommend!

I'm so happy I finally took the leap to visit this place. My first appointment was the Destress package with Beth and my second appointment was the facial acupuncture with Thalia. Both women are amazing and I come out of the appointments rested and restored. Can't recommend this place enough!

If you've been looking for an exceptional spa experience in the Rockies, look no further—the folks at Remedy will take incredible care of you. I had the "De-Stress Package" with Beth and nearly fell asleep during my treatment, I was so relaxed. Every aspect of your experience at Remedy has been carefully thought through, from how the space looks and feels, to the quality of the products they use. My favourite part? The fact I can soak up my "post-spa feeling" in their lounge with a hot drink, a raw treat and a book instead of just rushing off into my car and driving home! Thank you so much team Remedy—I'll be back.

From the phone call booking in myself and my girls for our massages, to the end of our spa day, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The after lounge was perfect and beautiful. One of the best massages I’ve ever received was with Beth. Jess (pretty sure that was her name) at the front desk was fantastic!! Would highly recommend and will be back for sure!

From the moment I walked through the doors at Remedy, my experience was first class. The wonderful reception person was so friendly and professional. My massage with Beth was just what I needed.
