My wife and I just firmed up a deal to purchase a new home with Michele. Michele is a great real estate professional and a wonderful person. We met her about three years ago in a new development that she was marketing. Since then, she has met us on several occasions as we searched for our next home. She was always very responsive and was able to get us into see places on short notice. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Michele’s services the next time we are in the market for our next home.
When we decided to sell our house in Mission, we googled top realtors. Michele was one of the 3 realtors we contacted. Right from the start, she provided a phenomenal package. After a few discussions with top 3 realtors we were considering, the choice became clear. We chose Michele Cummins. We are out of town owners and Michele took care of everything. To say she offered a full service brokerage is an understatement. She had a professional 5 minute video and pictures of our house within a week and we went with a strategy where our house hit the market, but we would not look at offers for a week. This would allow for a multiple offer situation. The strategy worked for us as we had an offer in 7 days with a backup offer 3 days later. As we were out of town owners, Michele really took care of everything including professional carpet cleaning and arranging for small deficiencies to get taken care of. We literally did not set foot in the house from the time we listed with her to the time it sold. I had the pleasure of working with Michele in 2020 during Covid 19 where a lot of businesses were shutting down and leasing retail spaces was a challenge. She successfully rented out 4 retail spaces for our commercial property in a span of 3-4 months! Unbelievable!!! Thank you Michele
Michele was beyond words amazing. Always available, very knowledgeable and never pushy. Our kids loved her so much they still ask if we can drive around looking at houses again with that nice lady. Her network of tertiary contacts was impressive and reliable (staging, repairs, inspections, mortgages etc) Most importantly we never felt like we were \just another sale.\ WILL use her again and absolutely recommend.
