We used Re/Max to buy our home in Stratford. They were great, both during the sale and afterwards. Their market knowledge got us a house that really matched our criteria. Their advice on price and conditions allowed us to get it at a really good price, on the right terms. But most impressively, service didn't stop once the sale closed. When we've needed work done, they've been there to recommend tradespeople, and now that we are planning a major renovation, they've been there with great advice and perspective.

As per John Wolfe’s request I am revising my review of Remax a-b Realty. I feel that their help with the issues of the house I purchased through them to be minimal at best, and the conversation ended with them telling me to \get a lawyer\. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Daryl Pol of Pol Quality Homes for meeting with me face to face in my home, inspecting the damage and offering me a fair and equitable resolution to the situation in an expedient manner. ORIGINAL POST I am very disappointed with the service I received from this brokerage as I purchased a house with a finished \dry\ basement only to find that the foundation has two leaks. Over puffed the property.
