The atmosphere was decent, and there was live blues music, which was excellent. The food was more mixed. The fries and burger selection were great, and the toppings on the burger were good, but the patty itself was bland, dry and unpalatable, and no amount of interesting toppings could cover it up. It would have been fine for 5 less, but as it is the price was too high for the quality I got. I ordered a burger with an extra fried egg, fries and a water, and it was 20 after tax and tip. I was expecting something like that, but I was also expecting a decent burger patty. Also, the service was inattentive, they barely noticed me, and it took 8 minutes of prodding to get the bill, which is pretty silly in a restaurant as small as this one. Will not be going back.

Very, very slow service seems to be the hallmark of this neighbourhood burger joint. The burgers are good but not spectacular, and not worth waiting an hour for at lunch on a weekday. Until they get the kitchen sorted out, I can't recommend.
This was the worst burguer I've ever had. Our party of three called ahead because we knew about the slow service, we called 15 minutes before getting there and we were not served until 30 minutes after getting there. I ordered the vegetarian Le Grande Fromage burger and it was a huge dissappointment. The bread and sweet potato fries were cold as ice and the cheese was not melted. The patty was mushy and plain gross. They asked me if I wanted the spicy mayo with my sweet potato fries and I have never been charged extra for this at any place ever, but they charged me four times for two orders of spicy mayo and two orders of PLAIN MAYO!! I will not be going back to this place.
