I first wanted to ask about using the possibility of getting a new furnace using the provincial government rebates so I called Reliance Home Comfort. From the customer sales representative on the phone to the in-home sales person to both of the installation crew, everyone was very professional and took their time in explaining every step of the process and asked whether if I had any other questions. They really made sure I was very well looked after. To me a furnace is an equipment that only needs to be replaced once every 20 years or so but I felt they were trying to build a good relationship with their customers, which allowed me to be able to trust the company. 10/10 would recommend the company and the crew to other friends.

Gary Heichert and Patrick Laplante did a very good job to make this job finished on time. Also I would like to thank to installer Sukhwinder and Vincent. These guys work so hard to finish this job. You can see some pictures of the equipment below from before and after installation. Sukwinder answer all my questions and teach me how to operate the new boiler. He helped me too how to fill out properly the Fortis BC application for rebate because of High Efficiency Equipment installed in my house. For sure I highly recommend this company for my friends and relatives.

From the time I called the Reliance team to the installation of my new amazing high efficiency furnace and thermostat the process was swift and smooth. The home advisor and sales manager Curtis and Jeff were attentive, informative and a pleasure to deal with. The installation team was efficient and knowledgeable as well. If I had been able to purchase instead of rent the whole process would have been a five star experience. I found the rental agreement confusing but Curtis and Jeff were very flexible in making it all work for me. The quiet hum of my new modulating furnace and thermostat that I can program to the minute is worth the money as will be the yearly service provided with the rental. I’m looking forward to the dollars it will save after replacing the 26 year old inefficient heating system I had in place beforehand. Thanks so much guys!

excellent services and installation experience, from sales rep to sales manager to the installation crew. Installation lead Sanjay was exceptional with customer care and the installation went smoothly. He took his time to explain the features of the system to me. Overall it was a great decision to go with Reliance Home Comfort.

Initial consultation was great but salesman talked really fast and did not clarify the details of the lease program when he came back with the contract that was skimmed over in very little detail. Installers came and had no idea they were working in a crawl space and were suppose to move a vent as discussed with Curtis our sales rep...first sign of miscommunication. Talked to Curtis and expressed concern about the installers not aware of the vent, said he was going to get in touch with someone that could help and never heard back. Sign #2 lack of service. After reviewing contract and seeing over 7% interest which we understood from Curtis was 0% were very displeased and when requested a proper explanation was not even able to get an appointment to discuss details. Curtis then promised a call from Management as we wanted to cancel lease and purchase outright took over a week and never received a call from management(Jeff Norris). Sign# 3 lack of service and unprofessionalism. After canceling lease and purchasing we went to apply for our rebate and found all the paperwork was incorrect regarding the model of furnace and other details the installers were suppose to fill out and provide. The whole experience after the install was very disappointing and we would not recommend reliance to any of our friends or family. Through this whole month process I have received one email from management which was a simple confirmation that the contract was forwarded to the payment department. When you receive this level of service and shell out 7000 and you haven't had a single call from management or contact to address your concerns it shows a lack of commitment to customer service.
