Hot water tank had started leaking Within 4 hours Shane showed up and reassured us he would have it fixed shortly He did an amazing job! He worked efficiently and accurately. He is truly an asset to your company and made this stressful issue much easier to deal with. Honestly the best service experience I've ever encountered. He had everything he needed to replace rhe hot water tank in his truck which was amazing! Thank you Shane so much for an exceptional job!

Needed to replace my aging furnace and A/C. Called Reliance for a quote. Frank Ondraka came out to inspect my system and give me recommendations on what type of equipment I needed. Frank was very knowledgeable with what products were available and what my house needed based on the it's size . He explained how the newer furnaces and A/C unit were more energy efficient than my old equipment and that I could see some savings in my energy bills.Had originally wanted to purchase equipment outright but after reviewing the different options went with a rental agreement instead. Installation was originally booked for the following week but shortly after Frank left my place he called to inform me that they were able to install the next day. The 2 installers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional in doing their work. Cleaned up as they worked. Showed me how the new equipment worked and even helped me with the new Nest thermostat. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Unfortunately now that the weather has turned a little cooler, I have not had the opportunity to try out my new A/C.
Technician attended quickly, was Very Polite and Most informative. He offered other services and made it happen. Most efficient. All techs should be this thorough. I am a senior citizen and really appreciated the help.
I bought a furnace and air conditioner from Reliance in 2018. Donna was very informative during the quotation process. Matt and JP were on time, professional, and cleaned up after the job nicely. They were also very informative and I am extremely happy with every aspect of my HVAC installation. During the Polar Vortex of 2019, my house would not keep a good temperature. I scheduled a visit from a service technician and set up electric heaters. When Phil from Reliance showed up he was very courteous. There was not enough gas entering the burner and the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you so much Phil!
Kody is the technician who came to fix and replace our old water tank. His expertise and professionalism were very much appreciated. It is evident from the way that he took the time to explain each step and his suggestions that he is passionate about his job. He has great attention to detail. As customers, we certainly felt that we were in good hands. He even recommended some other services to us that we felt would be beneficial to the maintenance of our home.
