I had my hot water tank valve and expansion tank replaced. The work was well done and efficient. Brian was helpful, pleasant and efficient while at my residence. His explanations were simple and logical. The work area was nicely cleaned up after completed.

My mother-in law had a 12-year old furnace and with the cold arriving this season, we realized it was barely working. With cold and snow in the forecast, we called Reliance Gregs to come for an inspection. We discovered her furnace manufacturer (Maytag) had gone out of business and no parts were available and the only realistic option was to purchase a new furnace which was around 6k. With just three days before the cold weather was coming our salesperson, Jansen Maitem, jumped into action with late night texts and a revised quote that was needed for the Sask Housing grant my mother-in-law required to afford the furnace. With Jansen's help, a day later the grant was approved and the following day the new furnace was installed with NO deposit or service fee charged to my mother-in-law. Truly, we are appreciative and our trust in Reliance as a high-quality, professional company has sky rocketed. It's worth noting that the repair grant was provided by the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. We expected this would be a difficult process because it is administered by the Saskatchewan Government. However, their staff member Michelle Wourms was nothing short of amazing and helped us through the grant process. Realizing the urgency, and the stress and discomfort to a 90-year old widow, Michelle ensured we followed the correct process and that followed the approval process through to completion and informed us of the approval within 24 hours. Overall, what started to be a stressful week for my mother-in-law, turned into an amazing customer service experience. There is no doubt that if it were not for the efforts of Jansen Maitem with Rialance and Michelle Wourms with the Government of Saskatchewan, this would have been much more stressful and with today's snow my mother-in-law would have been stuck in the cold, anxiety ridden. Instead, she is resting well and enjoying her home. THANK YOU Jansen and Michelle.

I have an appointment at 12 :00 pm to get an estimate for an AC. I got a phone call around 12:20 pm that he’s going to be late not knowing exactly what time he will show up somewhere around 13:00pm. He also said that the appointment has to be with the owner of the house at first then he changed it to the person that made the appointment. He didn’t give me any explanation for any of this non sense. He said what I want and the cheapest AC they have is 4999 . Nothing mention about the discount they offered on their website 1200 off and a free Nest thermostat.He seemed as if he wasn’t interested to sell me anything at all. Luckily I had done a little research before hand so I could ask some questions to pull the info out of him. Frustrating situation. I went with a different company of course!

I would definitely recommend Reliance home comfort! They were very busy but were able to provide service the next day within a 4 hour time frame that worked for me (1pm-5pm). I received a call before arrival from their journeyman technician, Joel, to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and everything else about the older unit in my condo he was servicing. Joel went above and beyond!

I would rate this company with a 0 if I could. Before to contact this company, I already knew the issue of my furnace was the blower motor. I called and ask the lady (Karen), explained my issue; the price was 209 with taxes in order to send a repairman. I procced with it because I did not want my family to face a cold night. When the repairman checked my furnace, he pointed that was an infinity of issues with the unit, so option one was an average of 5k in order to fix it, second option was to purchase a new furnace, and the last option (suggested by me to change the motor blower). The entire time he was trying to convince me to talk to another guy to get an estimate of a new furnace. He said my furnace brand and model was rare and parts would be hard to find and probably I would have to wait days for it to arrive. He said it was a common issue around my community Willogrove and many costumers already changed their furnace. At that point I got really disappointed coz, I paid 209 dollars for a guy to try to scam and get advantage of my problem instead of providing support. It took me 10 mins to find the motor blower online that I purchased the next morning in a local supplier. Unmoral company that try to profit from your desperation, It cost me just under 500 dollars to have my furnace running like brand new again not 5k.

Very professional, polite and courteous. They called beforehand to make sure I was home which was nice. After installation was complete they walked me through the new unit (tankless water heater) and explained everything associated with the new piping. They cleaned up the space afterwards as if they weren't even there. I would highly recommend Reliance for all heating, AC and plumbing work.

I tried to use this company. They did not take Visa or MasterCard over the phone, an e-transfer or pay pal. I am a landlord of a property in a different province from where I live. The only way they would take payment is through my tenant. Naturally I was not going to involve my tenant in the payment process. They have an outdated inconvenient payment process and I will never use them. I called another company who will send me an invoice and accept an e-transfer. I have never had a company make it so difficult to pay for a service they hadn’t even started. Never again.

I had called Reliance for a plumber to look at my kitchen faucet as it was leaking and spraying. Cody came and quickly found the cause. I needed a new faucet and decided to get a new double sink too. Cody worked quietly and energetically. He helped me make decisions and he had me use my new equipment so I was comfortable. Then Cody did a second review of his work before he was done. I have full confidence in Cody's work and am so happy with my shining kitchen equipment. Thanks Cody. You get a gold star!
