I placed an order online for a Samsung fridge part, first I have to say that reliable has an easy to use website and made the parts ordering process quick and easy. The part arrived at the Meyerside Drive store in Mississauga quickly. Unfortunately their curb side pickup was a night mere. When I arrived at the location, I called the number on the store front for curbside pickup. An associate answered the phone and asked for my order number and then proceeded to instruct me to stay in the car until the order was ready. As I waited quite a while I noticed cars that came after me where being called, after about 20 minutes, I redialed the number and an associate immediately said, you must have called our call center. I said no I called the number on the window and she abruptly said no you didn't. She put me on hold and then came back to say meet her at the door to collect your part. When I went to the door she said in an abrupt manner, \ We can't help you if you don't tell us you're here!\ I said this is the number I called that clearly said call this number for curbside pickup, secondly why would a call center associate tell me to wait in the car while we process your order. I understand with new Covid measures things can get a little crazy, but this is no way to speak to a customer. This associate needs training!

They had exactly what I needed for my Bosch washing machine (replacement carbon brushes for the motor) fast and convenient but WAY OVER PRICED!!! 79 dollars compared to 20 on Amazon.

I have ordered a control panel to my 15 months old Electric Frigidaire Air Fry Gallery. The first online order did not go through, so it seems that something might need some attention based on other reviews, but the second one worked after was in pending for almost 2 weeks, and also got the part in 2 weeks. The oven is working for now, but we are still missing the old Frigidaire that we had for over 19 years and replaced it while still working. Everything is good when it ends up OK. With the hope that things will improve I will give 5 stars.

I must say from looking at 4 star reviews I am very surprised. This was not my experience by a long shot. I went to their site looking for a 400 part in a hurry as my control board was faulty. Found they had one in stock, ordered and paid instantly. I requested to pick up in AM Monday from their Meyerside location in Mississauga. Waited for email to confirm pickup as that was the reply I received when ordered. Nothing in am when they opened and for 2 hours afterwards. Proceeded to call and wait on hold for 45min to only get customer service person who told me this part has been on back order for a while. To my surprise she explained that the website is not always accurate. I asked to speak to manager and she said that is not possible. I asked for email address for complaints department and she said there was none. I asked to have someone from management call me ASAP and she said she would try. I then sent 2 urgent emails to the email address on their website requesting a call back. No call and no response for 3 days. I spent 3 hours trying to get the part elsewhere that day as my fridge was taken apart. Got the new part from another supply. I wouldn’t buy from these guys ever again. And I have not received a refund either. Terrible customer service Dale

I went to the store to purchase a couple of parts for a barbeque and fridge. Unfortunately, I left the store due to the extremely poor sales associates. I waited in line for approximately 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I should mention that I was the only person standing in line at this time. I waited an additional 5 minutes as various sales associates provided reasons to me as to why they couldn't help me. For example, their password wasn't working on the computer. Meanwhile, instead of doing something to solve this problem, they just carried on their conversations with the other sales associates. There were four sales associates at the front and only one was able to help customers. As could be expected, I left without my parts. Thankfully, I was able to purchase them at Home Depot for a lower price and with better customer service. As someone who frequents Reliable Parts, I think this was my last experience.
