I chose to use Reliables services based solely on their reviews, and the reviews were right, they're a 5 star business all the way. My entire experience went smoothly and stress free. Both Stephen and Shawn were very informative and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everything went amazing, and on schedule. The price was great, and the finished product looked beautiful. I had a 8 year old Couch and Love seat that I brought over from Europe and had them steam cleaned. Im extremely happy with their services. I would definitely use them again in the future. So professional, tidy, and thorough! Dan was our technician and he was awesome. Super polite, arrived on time (right on the dot!) and answered any questions I had. Our couch is huge and a lot of work to clean and he was very meticulous and careful handling it - he literally went over every spot with his brush. Will use their service again to get our couch cleaned once a year, and couldn't recommend them enough!
Amazing customer service. Great price. Actually cleaned the carpet and removed wine stains, food stains, and dirt. It practically looked brand new. Very happy and will be using them again for other services

Very pleased with the in-house service. I The technician (Sean) was punctual, respectful and professional. The same goes for the other technician, Chris, that picked up and returned our carpet. We have used Reliable in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
