We Purchased a Spa 2 years ago from Relax. The delivery and set up was very efficient and professional. I'm giving a rating now because the customer service after the purchase is exceptional. I've had to call once for them to set up our wifi on the tub, and they came within a few days and fixed it perfectly. This week we needed our speakers in the tub fixed and they came the very next day and installed brand new speakers. Some companies ghost you after you buy and pay in full. Relax and their staff are always very helpful and customer service is amazing. Highly recommend this company. TY Sandra
