Sugar Berry

The 3 sale associates were very unfriendly, only assisted certain types of women who came into the store. They didn't try to assist me or tell me about their promotions happening today, I overheard them telling other women who entered. I ended up having to ask them for help and also about their promotions. The one associate talked down to me like I didn't belong in there.

Bought a two pack of socks before Xmas. Gave one pair to two separate people. One pair had a hole in! Tried to return after Xmas but because I didn’t have the other pair or the receipt the store refused to do anything. What poor customer service over a pair of socks! Who saves a receipt for socks and who expects to find a hole in a brand new sock?!
