I love the staff at the Langford store. Kim is so awesome, friendly, helpful and always goes the extra goal to help find the right item of clothing. Kim always knows what I like and shows me new things when I come in, she makes shopping at Reitman's very enjoyable and The prices are great and the clothing is good quality. Thank you so much Kim. Shopped here today- after ten minutes or so, I had an arm full of items. The store had three associates at the till, talking about some guy they knew. In great detail. I was not greeted, not asked to start a fitting room, not asked if I needed help, or acknowledged in any way. I chose to leave and try another store due to the absolute indifference of the employees.
Reitmans and Bootlegger in one??? This is a great store and always give friendly service. Unlike most shops today they have an excellent return policy too.
Love the clothes and super helpful staff
