I'm not sure how this company has more then a 1 star review. Both myself and my sister have both had the same horrible experience. As someone who has put an item up for rent, the payment is never received and communication is absent. I have followed up with the company multiple times and never received a response. My item was rented out over the summer and it's now mid october. Please help me understand how this might be acceptable? I wish I could say that this just happened to me but it has happened to others. Not sure how this place is actually in business...I strongly believe these other reviews have been paid for.

So happy to find an alternative to dress shopping and in the realm of sustainable fashion ! There was a slight hiccup in my rental (I opted to for the pick what fits program but only had 2 choices vs 3), but I was provided a solution that suited my needs and had a great dress for my event! I will be using the service in the future and list some of my pieces !
This place is amazing! Boro does such a great job at really developing a relationship with their clients and building a portfolio for them. I was so excited when I saw the wide range of beautiful designer products they carried. By far the best shopping experience I've ever had!

Boro is amazing! They had an amazing selection, and the dress I rented was so beautiful and fit perfectly. The process to rent and return it was also super easy and straightforward. Can't wait to order from Boro again!!!
The service was amazing - Nat and Chris showed me all these amazing options for outfits that they had. I borrowed this amazing Self Portrait dress for my dad's birthday - such a great price! I had always had my eye on it in stores, but was a bit pricey for me. Felt like a princess in the dress! Will definitely be using this service again soon :)
First time using Boro and couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. The red Reformation jumpsuit was a such a standout. It fit even better than imagined. Also loved how they came to drop off and pick up the piece - such a time saver!
I had a great experience with Boro. Natalie was so helpful every step of the way and made the entire process seamless. Boro has a great variety of dresses for every occasion to choose from and everything from trying on dresses, to picking my dress up, and returning it was simple and customer friendly.
