We had a great experience with Westcan. We had 2 farms emptied. The fellow was great, polite, easy to deal with. We set up the appointment in less then a weeks time. They were in and out easy peasy at a great price. We would definitely use them again!

UPDATE:. So 3 months later we finally get this bill resolved. Clearly the billing department can't do their job. Because it wasn't 700 for the porta John pump out like the invoice said. They didn't bother to break down or actually add the proper fees to the invoice so after dealing with Justin Morrice, getting it all sorted, he knocked off 100 off the bill because his men didn't fill the porta Jon with water after pumping. It was beyond a headache to deal with this company. Nothing against Justin, he did his best to make it right, but I can't say I'd recommend these guys unless your local. So we used these guys to pump out our porta potty and Fill our water tank. And despite the drivers were super friendly, they charged a ridiculous fee. To just drain out porta potty... Was 700 They didn't fill it with water or wash/clean it out like other companies do. They just emptied it. We also got 5000 US gallons of water for the tank. And that charge was ONLY 825 The porta John cleaning took less then 30mins and the water took over an hour. I'm not sure how they factor these costs. But we will never be using this company again in the future.. Also when I called the office to question the costs the receptionist was very hard to understand and , wasn't understand what I was asking which was also frustrating. I wouldn't recommend using these guys less you like to overspend.

I called westcan to come pump out my septic tank at my acreage. They came the same day. The cost was super affordable. The guy that pumped out the tank even asked me if I had a garden hose to clean out the bottom of the tank. I've had the same service from other companies but they just threw the hose down pumped it and left. They didn't even get all the waste at the bottom. The operator made sure I was satisfied with the service and left. Im definitely going to be calling them again.
