Two Small Men with Big Hearts was a very fast moving service. They only charged me basic rate. I needed a large square table moved, with a leaf, and 8 chairs with fabric. They moved them well enough, although one man used one of my chairs to prop open a door, which I did not like. Other than that, they used fabric to line the items, to keep them from water damage and things like that. They used a rug to walk back and forth on inside my home. They set up the table swiftly and properly. Overall, a good experience.

These guys are great. The only drawback is there is one guy who continually asks for a cash tip before the work begins. Who carries cash today? If they could manage this issue, they would be the best in the business.
I have ordered multiple times from this company, however, each time they could not ship the product order, they would either substitute without calling and would then always short change the order with low grade product and will not provide a credit on account. They do not honor their point reward system. Placed an order applied my points to the purchase price, my order was shipped reduced product. Tried to call multiple time, but they will not follow-up. The time I did get to speak to the woman she just screamed on the phone like a mad peerson.
Beware of this company!! We used them for a move from Benito,MB to Fredericton,NB. After we paid the deposit the move coordinator Walter was not responsive to my emails asking how much notice we would get before pick-up and I didn't hear from him again. Our move was to be priced by weight (as per the contract) and I was supposed to be provided with a weigh bill as well as an itemized list of our belongings. I received neither, or even an invoice and my credit card was charged the maximum amount on the estimate without my approval. I asked where the scale bill was and was told "there were no scales open but it was more than the 7,000lb estimate so we just billed you that." I've been trying to speak with their head office for close to a month now. Every time I speak with someone I'm assured it will be dealt with and I will be contacted right away. I am still waiting on their call. I've also since heard from 2 separate friends that used the Winnipeg location that they had billing issues as well as many broken and stolen items and ended up taking them to court. Stay far, far away from this company, they are not honest and are completely unprofessional. The last thing we needed during a long distance move with 4 children.
Excellent service moving furniture from apartment on 3rd floor with steep stairway to basement apartment. Very careful in moving and did quickly. Very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend these guys.
I wasted three hours of vacation for a no show. Then when they did show for the reschedule, they were 45 minutes late, no Covid protocol, smelling of alcohol. 45 minutes to move 4 pieces of furniture without any complexity. Complex moves of other items total time to move of 2 hours. Two drop offs, total bill of 500-550, no itemized receipt provided when requested. And no reduction in billing for the no show.
Do not recommend to anyone. 1039 to move a 2 bedroom apartment 200ft! Really? Same exact furniture and contents a year ago same company was less then half that. Excuses of it was hot and the end of the day. No relief on your bill, not our problem. You use them, ur on your own!
I was impressed with how friendly and efficient they were! It only took two hours for them to completely load, transport, and unload the contents of my 1-bedroom apartment. The movers who helped me were polite and friendly, and I'm happy to report that none of my property was damaged during the move. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.
