I've said in a previous coffee shop review that I love mocha and hate the hipsters that hang out at these shops normally, second cup has so far managed to keep the sweater vests and scarves at bay (at least when I'm there) to which I am eternally grateful. The coffee is second to none, the establishment is clean, staff is quick, friendly and consistent in their abilities. There is a selection of food, not a great selection, but this isn't a bakery so it's a non issue. There's even a bit of outdoor seating if you feel so inclined. In short this place is the cats pyjamas, if you like coffee.

Poor customer service. They do not pay attention to the comments section when ordering drinks using their app. Also, the app is missing a few drinks and would be great to have them up on the app so that many customers like myself don’t have put comments on the app (which will be ignored by the employee)

It's always good, coffee is great, the pastries are Awesome. Nice quiet atmosphere kick back and enjoy. The staff is great. Always enjoyable.

I was here, last Friday (September 18) between 9:30-10 am. I was the ONLY person wearing a masks - including staff. This is not the first time either that this has happened since the pandemic has been well underway. I love the drinks, the friendly service, the snacks. There's nothing to knock here with one big exception. It seems really obvious to me, at this point in the pandemic, that anybody working in the food service industry should be wearing masks.
