Worst Experience.. with these guys.. I have Brought 1 Genuine Leather Jacket after Spending 250 with these guys, at the time of shopping they conveyed its a best quality jacket & there won't be any quality issue with the jacket; Merely after 1. 5 months, the inner lining of the jacket started tearing off; I went to the store, the son of the owner who was extremely rude, unprofessional & manners less, he started arguing by not listening & by constantly telling that the jacket has been washed ; instead of giving good customer service, he started beating around the bush & finally texted me on my cell that their production manager denied to do anything. Worst Leather Store in Canada & their customer service is pathetic; these guys are ripping off people, Never.. Ever.. Ever !!! Recommending this store having Brandname " Scorteus Leather Store " to anyone else... I have lost my hard earned money, Attaching the images of the texts, which the owners son texted me as a solution...( These guys not even deserve 1/10th of a star, but that's the least option available, that's why opting a single star).
