Firstly, I am not sure where Rock Rasmussen had his MRI scan but Open Skies does have an open MRI as seen in the picture. I had my scan there the other day and i must say I had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant and the technicians were very patient and knowledgeable. I was in before my appointment was scheduled to start. I am a fairly big guy and do not like small spaces and was very comfortable in this machine. For anyone who is a bit bigger and claustrophobic go to their website and check it out.

I went through the MRI today, for a neck and brain scan. I was very impressed - I became claustrophobic in the traditional MRI's, not this one - it was open, the equipment did not move with an inch of your face. I was in the machine for over 40 minutes and had a great experience. I would of liked the report right away as it is not easy to get it when your from out of town. I would consider choosing the Open Skies over getting a free MRI. Thank you Open Skies

Staff is very nice and compassionate, Environment is also nice and the images from the MRI are excellent. Was well worth the 10hr drive to get there.

The staff are great, disability parking at the door and wait time is short. Washrooms available for patients. Usually I am out before my appointment time.

Not at all impressed. My teenage child was uncomfortable taking off pants and receptionist got mad spoke to my child horribly when I said I would take care of it and make sure my child was completely changed she got right mad at me and treated me horribly in front of my child. She was so rude to me my teenage child cried when we were being yelled at and disrespected in such a way. Not to mention so embarrassed as we were yelled at and disrespect in front all other people waiting for their scans. It's really unfortunate to have a receptionist like that at the front of your business who is responsible your first impressions. People are nervous enough coming in they don't need to be treated like that. Also we were told our scan was on Monday at seven in the morning when they booked us for Thursday at seven in the morning. So we had to wait around in hopes of getting squeezed in due to their error. The tecnition was awesome and apologized for the horrible way we were treated.
