Got the system a couple years ago. They said they would come service the filters. Made 2 appointments and no one showed. Then covid came no calls all last year. They call tonight at 8:30pm asking if I wanted filters serviced... I have been doing it from the start. Who calls at 8:30 at night? Really nice people up front, once out the door they are not the same.

Had a water system put in 6 years ago. Doesn't work as fantastically as they said it would. They say it will do a whole bunch of stuff that touches your heart and rooks you in. Our friend said we could have bought the same type of water system outright for 1500 instead of doing a 7000 loan. The best thing this company has is sales people. They are so kind and friendly until your all installed then you cant get ahold of the company unless they call you once a year about getting new filters for your sink system. Ive been trying to call to see how much is remaining on my current loan and no one will return my phone calls. Should almost be over by now but no one will give me the time of day for a call back. That sums up this whole company
Worst experience ever! Think twice before signing ANYTHING! My parents got a scratch and win ticket in the mail from them and it said they won a free TV. So, we made an appointment for the rep to come to our house. They came to our house to verify their ticket and to do a small demonstration. They ended up talking my dad into signing a contact while I was at work. They said their "water system" would help my mom with her MS and sweet talked my dad. They said my parents had so much time to decide if they didn't want it any longer before they wouldn't be able to change their minds. My parents called in that time frame (5-6 days) and said they wanted it removed because it was giving both of my parents diarrhea. They weren't happy with the product. The company said it was all okay and they would remove the system. When the time came for that to happen, they never did come remove it and said because it was over my parents "time frame" to call and cancel that my dad was on the hook for the 5 year contract monthly bill. They have been nothing but horrible people to my parents and my parents are hard working people who should have never been taken advantage of. Do not trust this company!!
Biggest scam ever. Had water system installed and was stated by guy who came to do the demonstration that we were approved for a 6 month referral. So no payments for 6 months. It was also stated that we had 6 months to change our mind to have the system removed if we decided we did not want it. Asked the guy who did the demonstration so if we change our mind we can get out of this. His response was yes. Had issues with it right form day one had salt rings around sink and partials coming out of the drinking tap and waited almost two months for someone to come look at it. When we changed our mind 7 days after it was in stalled and called the company no one would answer. Finally got a hold of someone after the long weekend...On a Monday after making the call on the Thursday before and then was told that your 10 trial period was up and we were stuck with the system. Again they misrepresented them selves and now we are stuck with a 7400.00 water system that never worked properly form day one. Would not recommend this company to anyone.... stay clear.
Got our new water system and water softener last week and so far we are just loving the clean water. No more hassle to buy bottled water and take care of the recycling! Cuz Yorkton City water just sucks :/ Danielle was so amazing through out. Shez a gem of a person with so much knowledge about her work and her energy is just wOw! The presentation was clear like their water filtration system :D I totally recommend Danielle and modern water solutions. I would suggest all the people in Yorkton to get their water checked by them.
We couldn't be happier with our water system - we know that every time we have a shower we do not get the harmful chlorine that the city has to add and our skin and hair does not get dried out, every time we have company they say how great the water is!!! We drink so much water because it tastes so good and as a result is improving our health!! We are constantly proud of our selves for investing in our health - good water is so important ( it makes delicious coffee, tea and soups and the plants love it too!!) Very dissatisfied with my experience. To begin was happy with customer service. However, the first appt we made for their rep to come was cancelled last minute as they couldn’t make it (we live almost 2 hours away from Regina- more time definitely could have been given to us than the 10 min we got to reschedule, second appt was very similar, 5 min before scheduled, rep called to tell me she is still in city and will be (very) late. Once she arrived she was extremely unprofessional, talking about having beer with clients at their house, swearing, etc etc. She was also very degrading regarding our current water set up. The company’s systems sound great, but because of my customer rep experience I have no interest in buying.
B was fantastic and a really nice guy. Its refreshing to talk to a sales person who shows actual interest in the customer (and not just as a gimmick). It's not often we let sales people into our home but this was an excellent experience! We cannot wait for our new water system and we will be recommending to friends.
