Not a review . Never been here and never heard about it. But it is people like Praire Plants that puts off the credibility of reviews. So I will defend him since My wife was also a victim of fake reviews a while back. I look at Loom & Magpie that has lots of great reviews However, you have one person that does not use their real name (probably for the purpose of a fake review) and that this is their first review. This person is the living definition of a fascist telling people how to run their business.

I’ve bought a few things here and there from you guys. No exceptional customer service. My items have been turned away-even though I felt they were of great quality & high end. However, a few days ago I saw you cut a fake Louis Vuitton on your Instagram. And that kind of turned me off seeing as though you preach how much you serve the injustice of woman (why not make someone’s day and give that to them). Then I see you become totally defensive over one bad review. I guess I’ll be adding another. Going to a news outlet to try and save face for your business was a poor choice. Giving CTV half the review, and no context was poor. Did you show them your non responses to the DM’s people were sending you? Did you show them your responses?? Not responding to any of the Instagram comments, of your customers who were clearly upset- doesn’t sit well with me. I have trouble supporting a business who at the end up the day was in the wrong and won’t own up to their mistakes. A company that has to be told what to do, isnt a company I want to support. I will be donating my items from your store to a worthy cause and hope you can grow from this️
I shop from Edmonton and deal with them through instagram. I choose my products in their feed and story I msg them and they send me an invoice. Best prices compared to other consignment store. Got my Proenza for under 300 dollars. Nowhere can you find that price. They are very easy to deal with. Responds quick and efficiently. Their items are very clean and almost brand new. Got a YSL bag that is almost brand new. Love this store and its possible to shop even I am so far away from them.
Received my item today (YAY!) and it is more beautiful than described! The condition of my new bag is better than I expected! It’s authenticity is undeniable!
