always good experiences here and south store. well stocked and clean. one of the few stores we felt actually comfortable going into during the pandemic. good alternative to big box stores with hundreds of people. I can go in and get my items quickly here and staff is helpful .

The lady at the cosmetics counter was absolutely amazing today! I appreciate excellent customer service; and today I was shown it! This woman knew so much about makeup, perfume and anything I was interested in. I was stunned by all the interesting facts she knew. Such a treat to deal with! Highly recommended

Called the store to inquire about a product. Now you must be wondering "why the 1 star"? Well. I called because I want to keep my social distance and not have to step in the store if I do not have to. I was put on hold for 20 min to get answered "I don't know", twice. Okay, well, at a bare minimum, can you please find someone that is suited to answer it? No. What is the point of having a customer service department if they're not suited to answer a customers question? Not to mention, I step in not two minutes after my call to empty tills and employees standing there or talking to their colleagues. Like come on! I grabbed what I was looking for, checked out and left.

Went here to buy beard trimmer with my gf. Followed all protocols before entering the building you know.. covid 19... a guy approached us & told us if we need his help & told him thanks we are good & from the point it got messy. He told us we are not supposed to be really closed from each other.. blah blah. i noticed other people was doing the same thing what we are doing.. & plus we are wearing a face mask others are not.. blew my mind why this white fat guy approached us like that. So uncomfortable!! Just a two asian people just wanted to buy a beard trimmer... NOT coming here again!!

I love to go here for European chocolates and coffee. They have a great selection. They also have a great computer and electronics department. Last but not least I enjoy visiting the camera department. Great selection and friendly knowledgeable sales staff.
